Анотація: Each full-color volume in this three-book series shows the reconstructive options for a specific anatomical area. As in the original McCraw and Arnold's Atlas of Muscle and Musculocutaneous Flaps (1986), each flap is demonstrated in cadaver dissection and clinical case photographs, and the text is in an easy-to-read outline format to serve as a ready reference for the anatomical basis and clinical application of each flap. Highlights of this series are the full-color photographs and the extensive bibliographies. This volume shows the muscle flaps available in the lower extremity to reconstruct defects resulting from fractures, osteomyelitis, tumor resection, traumatic tissue loss, and failed total joint replacements. The information in the original McCraw and Arnold's Atlas of Muscle and Musculocutaneous Flaps (1986) has been expanded and additional clinical applications have been explored to provide a truly comprehensive reference on lower extremity reconstruction. As in the original McCraw and Arnold's Atlas, each flap is demonstrated in cadaver dissection and clinical case photographs, and the text is in an easy-to-read outline format to serve as a ready reference for the anatomical basis and clinical application of each flap.
