Анотація: Мета роботи – вивчити реакції гемомікроциркуляторного русла сідничного нерва на однократне введення кріоконсервованої плаценти і внутрішньочеревне введення ?-карагенену. Матеріал і методи. Проведено експериментальне дослідження стовбура сідничного нерва на 100 статевозрілих щурах. Застосовували гістологічні методи дослідження. Результати. Встановлено, що при трансплантації кріоконсервованої плаценти реагують усі ланки гемомікроциркуляторного русла (ГМЦР) стовбура сідничного нерва. Так, резистивна ланка ГМЦР стовбура сідничного нерва при трансплантації кріоконсервованої плаценти характеризувалася поступовим збільшенням показників середніх діаметрів із максимальним значенням на 5-7-му доби та повним відновленням їх на 10-ту добу дослідження. При моделюванні гострого асептичного запалення очеревини відзначається різке зменшення діаметрів на 2-3- тю доби з наступним збільшенням їх протягом 5-14 діб та відновленням на 30-ту добу. При трансплантації кріоконсервованої плаценти обмінна ланка ГМЦР суттєво реагувала збільшенням середнього діаметра капілярів на 5-ту добу. При моделюванні гострого асептичного запалення очеревини середній діаметр капілярів збільшився на 1-ту добу і не повернувся до значень показників контрольної групи на 30-ту добу дослідження. Ємнісна ланка реагувала на трансплантацію кріоконсервованої плаценти збільшенням діаметрів з максимальним значенням на 5-ту добу і відновленням на 10-ту добу дослідження (р0,05). При моделюванні гострого асептичного запалення очеревини відзначається також збільшення діаметрів з максимальним значенням на 7-му добу. На 30-ту добу дослідження показник не сягнув меж контрольної групи. Висновок. Одноразове введення фрагменту кріоконсервованої плаценти викликає короткотривалі зміни в гемомікроциркуляторному руслі стовбура сідничного нерва з максимальними значеннями на 5-7-му добу дослідження, на відміну від одноразового введення 5мг ?-карагенену ((Sigma, США), яке призводить до реактивного запалення, що триває протягом всього експерименту більше 30 діб.

Анотація: Робота присвячена морфометричному аналізу структурних змін стінки дванадцятипалої кишки щурів при опіковій травмі шкіри за умов експериментального цукрового діабету. Групою контролю була 21 інтактна тварина без ознак соматичної патології, І експериментальну групу склали 21 щур з експериментальною опікою травмою шкіри, ІІ експериментальну групу склали – 21 щур без опіку шкіри з експериментально відтвореним цукровим діабетом, ІІІ експериментальну групу склали – 21 щур з опіковою травмою шкіри та експериментально відтвореним цукровим діабетом. Експериментальний цукровий діабет моделювали шляхом внутрішньочеревного введення щурам стрептозотоцина одноразово в дозі 50 мг / кг. Опікове ушкодження шкіри у щурів відповідало II - А чи ІІ - Б ступеня - поверхневого опіку площею 21-23% загальної поверхні тіла з розвитком опікового шоку.Були досліджено наступні морфометричні показники: товщину слизової оболонки, висоту ворсинок, товщину ворсинок, глибину крипт, ширину крипт, товщину м’язової пластинки слизової оболонки, товщину підслизової основи, товщину м’язової оболонки, товщину серозної оболонки, висоту епітеліоцитів в середній частині ворсинок, мітотичний індекс стовпчастих епітеліоцитів. Одержані дані підтверджують прогредієнтний перебіг характерних для діабетичної ентеропатії змін, поглиблення яких поступово збільшується через 7, 14 та 21 добу експерименту.

Анотація: Порушення виробництва оксиду азоту (NO) може призводити до різних змін в різних органах і системах. Певні клінічні ситуації вимагають тривалого використання інгібіторів синтезу тестостерону. У науковій літературі є обмежена інформація про вплив тривалого позбавлення синтезу тестостерону на продукцію NO і мікроскопічну організацію сім'яників щурів. Тривала центральна депривація синтезу тестостерону призводить до ендотеліальної дисфункції, розвитку фіброзу, знижує вироблення оксиду азоту та зрушує про- / антиоксидантний баланс на користь прооксидантів без збільшення інтенсивності перекисного окислення ліпідів. Центральна депривація синтезу тестостерону призводить до фіброзу з подальшим порушенням структурної організації звивистих сім'яних канальців, порушень гемодинаміки, ендотеліальної дисфункції, збільшення щільності судинної стінки кровоносних судин і системному застою. Зниження продукції NO з конститутивних ізоформ NO-синтази відіграє основну роль у розвитку структурних змін інтерстиціальної тканини сім'яників на 270-й день експерименту.

Анотація: Тривала центральна депривація синтезу тестостерону може призвести до біохімічним і морфологічних змін в яєчках. Вплив тривалого дефіциту тестостерону на вироблення активних форм азоту і кисню, морфологічні зміни в інтерстиційних ендокріноцитів та сустентоцитів ще повністю не вивчені. Кількість інтерстиційних ендокріноцитів знижена в порівнянні з контрольною групою, між звивистими канальцями є інтерстиційні простори з повною відсутністю інтерстиційних ендокріноцитів. Інтерстиційні ендокриноцити зменшені в розмірах, їх ядра гетерохромні. При вивченні структурної організації сустентоцитів щурів експериментальної групи в порівнянні з контрольною групою, ми виявили, що гіперплазія елементів гладкої ендоплазматичної сітки спостерігалася в цитоплазмі сустентоцітов. Кількість мітохондрій в цитоплазмі сустентоцитів зменшилася, електронна щільність мітохондріального матриксу була знижена, білкові структури були присутні або всередині вакуолей, або незалежно розташовувалися в цитоплазмі клітини. Біохімічні дослідження виявили збільшення продукції NO з індуцібельною NO-синтазою і розвиток окисного стресу. Експериментальна центральна депривація синтезу тестостерону з Дифереліном на 180-й день експерименту призводить до зрушення синтезу NO з конститутивних NO-синтази до індуцібельної NO-синтази і посилення окисного стресу за рахунок збільшення продукції супероксид-аніон-радикалів і зниження антиоксидантного захисту.

Анотація: Проведені дослідження структурних проявів ER-стресу, апоптозу і некрозу в ендотеліальних клітинах гемо капілярів нефронів при експериментальній опіковій хворобі у щурів (викликаної шляхом нанесення опікової травми шкіри площею 21-23% поверхні тіла) засвідчили безумовні протекторні та лікувальні позитивні переваги внутрішньовенної інфузії колоїдно-гіперосмолярних розчинів над інфузією ізотонічного розчину, яким є 0,9% розчин NaCl. Найбільш вразливою органелою ендотеліальних клітин гемокапілярів нефронів при експериментальній опіковій хворобіта здійсненій дезінтоксикаційній терапії є гранулярна ендоплазматична сітка, тому важливим свідченням ефективності застосованих дезінтоксикаційних розчинів є характер перебігу в них ER-стресу. За умов внутрішньовенної інфузії колоїдно-гіперосмолярних розчинів (лактопротеїну з сорбітолом та HAES-LX-5%) відбувається нормалізація ER-стресу, що супроводжується апоптозними змінами ендотеліальних клітин, але не супроводжується некрозом ендотеліальних клітин. Наслідком некрозу ендотеліальних клітин гемокапілярів нирок є утворення паравазальних крововиливів та лімфо-лейкоцитарних інфільтратів, що є свідченням порушень фільтраційної та реабсорбційної функцій нирок, а також прогресу запального процесу в нирках.

Анотація: На сьогоднішній день в світі спостерігається тенденція до зміни ставлення до сім'ї та сімейних цінностей. У розвинених європейських країнах спостерігається тенденція до високої сексуальної активності у чоловіків літнього віку і пізнього створення сім'ї з дітьми, що має певні труднощі у зв'язку зі зниженням вироблення тестостерону в літньому віці. Метою дослідження було встановити мікроскопічну організацію інтерстиціальних ендокріноцітов і сустентоцітов щурів, визначити джерела продукції оксиду азоту і інтенсивність окисного стресу в яєчках з експериментальної центральної депривації синтезу тестостерону з дифереліном на 90-ту добу експерименту. Експеримент був проведений на 20 зрілих білих щурах-самцях. Щури були розділені на 2 групи: контрольна група (10), експериментальна група (10), яким підшкірно вводили диферелін (трипторелін ембонат) в дозі 0,3 мг / кг активної речовини протягом 90 днів. Тривала центральна депривація синтезу тестостерону у тварин призводить до появи структурних ознак функціонального стресу в популяції сустентоцітов і інтерстиціальних ендокріноцітов, які спрямовані на підтримку секреції яєчка. Центральна депривація синтезу тестостерону протягом 90 днів викликає розвиток окисного стресу за рахунок гіперпродукції активних форм кисню і накопичення нітритів в тканини яєчка через підвищену індуцібельной активності NO-синтази.

Анотація: Гемомікроциркуляторне русло (ГМЦР) в сучасному розумінні являє собою складно організовану систему, що забезпечує впорядкований рух крові, тканинних рідин, всмоктування і виділення біохімічних субстратів, метаболітів, біологічно активних речовин. Серед взаємопов'язаних і взаємообумовлених процесів у системі ГМЦР основна роль належить закономірностям циркуляції крові в судинах. Останнє десятиліття ознаменувалось зовсім новим підходом при вирішенні проблем пов’язаних з порушеннями кровонаповнення . Застосування тканинної трансплантації, зокрема препаратів кріоконсервованої плаценти, як корегуючого метода, являється досить ефективним. Останнє явилось підставою для проведення комплексного вивчення реакції ГМЦР слизової оболонки клубової кішкина трансплантацію кріоконсервованої плаценти.Метою роботи було вивчення динаміки показників гемомікроциркуляторного русла слизової оболонки клубової кишки при одноразовому введенні кріоконсервованої плаценти та при введені кріоконсервованої плаценти на тлі гострого асептичного експериментального запалення очеревини у щурів. Об’єкт і методи дослідження . Об’єктом експериментального дослідження була стінка клубової кишки, вилучена від 140 статевозрілих щурів-самців лінії "Вістар". Тварини були розділені на чотири групи. Тварин виводили з експерименту на (1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, 21, 30 доби). Проводили вимірювання внутрішнього діаметру судин ГМЦР в слизовій оболонці. Математична обробка проводили за критерію Ст’юдента (t). Достовірними вважались розбіжності при р менше 0,05. Трансплантація кріоконсервованої плаценти викликає реакцію всіх ланок гемомікроциркуляторного русла за рахунок збільшення середнього їх діаметра з максимальними показниками на 5 добу. Моделювання гострого асептичного запалення очеревини спочатку призводило до зменшення в діаметрі артеріол на 5% і капілярів на 2.3%, на 2 -3 доби, а потім збільшення їх діаметрів, на 14 добу дослідження. Венулярна ланка протягом експерименту збільшилася в діаметрі, на 14 добу дослідження. При трансплантації кріоконсервованої плаценти на тлі гострого асептичного запалення очеревини артеріоли на 4% і капіляри на 2% спочатку зменшуються в діаметрі на 2 добу, а потім збільшилися в діаметрі на 3-10 доби дослідження. Венулярна ланка протягом експерименту суттєво збільшувалась в діаметрі, на 14 добу дослідження . При введенні кріоконсервованої плаценти на тлі гострого асептичного запалення очеревини термін реалізації запалення скоротився на 4-5 діб.
